KENNESAW, Ga. -- In a continuing effort to make Kennesaw State Football Gamedays the best atmosphere in the nation, the Owls have announced that DJ Tron is the official DJ of Kennesaw State Athletics.
DJ Tron, who graduated from Morehouse College and has done work for the Atlanta Braves, has taken the Atlanta hip hop scene by storm. He'll be spinning the beats before and during every football home game this season at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
"I'm ready to entertain, electrify, and excite Owl Nation at each and every home game," said DJ Tron.
DJ Tron started his music career while growing up in Queens, N.Y., as he honed his skills by spinning in the local parks, talent shows and house parties. By the time he graduated high school and moved to Atlanta for college, he was a well-known DJ on the New York hip hop scene.
"After being named to the FCS's Top 10 in game day atmosphere last season by StadiumJourney.com it was important for us to focus on continuing to enhance our in-stadium atmosphere," said Brandy Chenoweth, Director of Marketing and Fan Experience for the Owls. "DJ Tron understands how music can impact a game and will bring some local flair to Fifth Third Bank Stadium."

Fifth Third Bank is the Official Bank of Kennesaw State Athletics. Fifth Third Bank Stadium, the signature athletics landmark on the Kennesaw State University campus, is a world-class facility that has been recognized as one of the premier multi-use outdoor athletics venues in the country. In the fall of 2015, it became the official home of Owls football team and is also home to Owls soccer and lacrosse.
